2. Availability:
Our stock is as unpredictable as my tail wiggles. If something's out of stock, we'll bark your way with an update. No howls of despair, though – we're pawsitively working on it.

3. Prices with a Bark:
Prices are like treats – published and quoted with love. We might adjust them occasionally, but we won't surprise you with a price hike after you've already picked your favorites. If there's a hiccough in the price tag due to a tech glitch, we'll sort it out together.

4. Minimum Orders
No bones about it – no minimum order requirements here. Just a paw-friendly space for your candle desires. Promotions might have their own rules, though, so keep an eye out for those.

5. Tax Tails
Taxes are like vet visits – not the most fun, but necessary. You're responsible for handling taxes and fees like a responsible pet parent.

6. Secure Paw Prints:
Your payment journey is as secure as my favorite hiding spot for treats. We guarantee to protect your information and promise not to sniff around any personal information. For more info, refer to customer service section.

7. Shipping Adventures:
Shipping is like a game of fetch – it depends on size, weight, and distance. We'll calculate the fees upfront, and we'll do our best to get your package to you on time. Accurate shipping info is your responsibility, though, and extra fees might apply from the shipping carrier depending on their policies.
*Shipping is currently only available within the USA and certain territories.

8. Returning Tail-Wags:
Not loving your candle? We want to make sure all of our customers are howling over the moon with their purchase, so we will work with you on how we can make it right! We understand that sometimes, things happen, but to process a return, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please email us at candledreamsbychloe@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your candle - include your name, order number, and issue with the goodie(s) using the same email used to make the purchase.

9. Safety Paw-licy:
Our candles are meant for warm moments, not for risky business. Use them responsibly, handle with care and keep them away from potential fire hazards. If you have any questions on candle care, please email us at candledreamsbychloe@gmail.com with any inquiry or question you may have. Safety first!

10. Export Control:
No globetrotting for our products without following export laws. Safety rules apply everywhere – even in the doggy world.

11. Intellectual Property:
Recognize our intellectual property – it's like claiming your favorite spot on the couch. Definitely no unauthorized use of our unique intellectual property including but not limited to the artwork, picture, ideas, statements, products, and prices owned by Candle Dreams by Chloé. All authorized usage should be in written form from candledreamsbychloe@gmail.com.

12. Other Sales:
We're not in an exclusive relationship. You're free to buy candles from others – we won't get jealous! However, these candles are not for resale. If you want to order large batches for an event, please email us at candledreamsbychloe@gmail.com for more information.

13. Entire Agreement:
These "Terms of Pawsomeness" and your order's fine print are our agreement. No secret pawshakes here, just transparent business.

14. Severability:
If a part of these terms are prohibited under law, just like a squeaky toy that doesn't squeak, we'll be sure to update that section(s). The rest stays enforced.

16. The Magic Finale:
These Terms of Pawsomeness are our magical agreement. We (Candle Dreams by Chloé and the customer) agree to follow all rules in the policy. No modifications unless we both agree in writing from candledreamsbychloe@gmail.com and the customer's email used to make the purchase. Let the magic flow, and let's keep this journey enchanted!
